Sarah Johannpeter didn't have knowledge of the waste industry when she startet at our company but what she did know, was custom­erservice! She always gives her best to help our customers and does so with a smile!

Customer Service

Michelle Kopp helps our customers via telephone or personally at the desk in Möglingen and Feuerbach. With competence, eagerness to help and a big smile, we are sure she will find a solution for your problem!

Customer Service

After driving our trucks for a few years, Gerhard Piotek wanted to switch to customer service and put his years of experience and knowledge of the materials into a different path. We are happy to have him help our customers via phone or at our desk.

Customer Service

Laura Banzhaf has worked a fulltime job with us a few years ago but has decided she wanted to go another way profes­sionally. Since she missed her colleagues and customers though, she decided to come back every first saturday of the month.

Disposition

As our disponent, Tobias Nill is the wizard, when we are trying to meet as many customer whishes as possible. He assigns the orders, optimizes the tours and permanently convinces our drivers, that our customers wishes are our priority number one.

Cetifi­cations/ Safety

Michael Oehler makes sure we are on top of certifi­cations and legal provisions. He is the one to communicate with authorities, service providers and staff whenever there are questions regarding safety, enviro­mantal protection, fire hazards, danger evaluations or education.

Assistent to management

Sabine Kronawitter takes care of tasks regarding strategic development of our company as well als contolling. She finds solutions where most people would not even recognise the problem.

Special Agent

Sibel Sagdic ist our secret wepon when there are special tasks of any kind. Since she has a ton of experience in economic and organi­sa­tional tasks, as well as internal and external education courses, she is perfect for helping us get better for our customers. And for getting any kind of job done.

Customer Service

Kathi Aulfinger works in customer service and on special projects. She helped build up call centers for bigger companies in the past and helped them optimize office processes, strategic planning and controlling as well. She helps us being available for our customers at our best and keeping our adminis­tration slim. This is why one or the other customer may talk to her on the phone.

Marcus Aulfinger is mostly working in the background and is dealing with the strategic orientation of the company for 30 years. He is primarily responsible for finances, staff and IT, but he is also seen on the excavator or in the depot.

What should we say and who does not know him? He has been the head of Aulfinger for over 35 years - who ever wants to know more, can go to our section "History".

Matthias Bauer has come to us from a different industry and has become a important part of our company in a very short amount of time. We are happy to have gained a dynamic, nice and jung colleague!

Even though he is a proper swabian, Sandro just can't hide his Italian roots. Especially with our female customers, his Italian charm shows and he always has a nice smile on his lips. With small breaks, Sandro has been with us for almost 20 years and lately drives our city skips through Stuttgart and neighborhood.

20 years ago, Gogo has already been working for us for more than 10 years as a truck driver. After working in different positions for other recycling companies in and around Stuttgart, he finally 'came home'. We are very happy about that fact as we have been in a friendly contact over all those years. You will now see him driving a white truck through the streets of Stuttgart and its vicinity.

Paul has also been with us for over 10 years and mostly drives the truck with the loading crane. This is why he is around construction sites a lot and also drives for our co-company Rados AG. He also picks up Eternit-Big-Bags for our customers and delivers material in Big-Bags. Due to his calm character, nothing brings him off track.

Michael is so fast, many of our costumers don't even notice, he has already been there. He has been driving the dump truck all around Feuerbach, Zuffen­hausen, Stammheim, Bad Cannstatt, Hallschlag, Kornwestheim, Korntal and Weilimdorf for over 20 years. In "his" neighborhood, he knows (almost) every corner.

Always happy and always calm - that's how our customers know Münib. He always has a smile on his face and always takes life positively, even in the biggest hectic and he gets other people to do so as well!

We are very happy Andrea Mettang has found her way back to us 13 years after leaving us as a truck driver. She drives all sorts of trucks, including the dicarge bin truck.

"Tough on the outside, soft on the inside" - a customer once said about 'Blacky'. He has been working for our company for over 15 years and can be counted as inventory. There is no better way to describe him - he races through his usual region, the south of Stuttgart so Weilimdorf, Ditzingen, Gerlingen, Rutesheim, Korntal, Leonberg or Weil der Stadt, with very specific statements. But don't worry - a dog that barks won't bite.

Azze is a real Harley-Fan and has been driving our trucks for almost 25 years. In the past, he mostly drove our roll-off trucks but today he manly drives our dump trucks. Since he has been with us for so long, he always has great stories about company-parties from years ago to tell.

Sergiy delivers skips to our customers around Ludwigsburg and Möglingen and does so almost as fast as the wind.

Michel isn't a man of many words. He is a universal weapon though. He has been with us for over 25 years and is found everywhere he is needed. No matter if it is the excavator, wheel loader or truck, he handles every machine or vehicle like it is a game. He is also found at our recycling grounds and races over the grounds with the forklift or accepts materials from customers.

Roland has been with the company for a good amount over 20 years and is responsible for the operating part of our recycling center in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. Our Feuerbacher customers know Roland, since you cannot overlook (or overhear) him. He is always there for our customers and always keeps the overview - even in the biggest hectic.

As the driver of our excavator at our depot in Stuttgart-Feuerbach, he is always calm. He always has an overview from the top of his excavator and always supports his colleagues at the scales or when receiving material when needed. He has also been with us for almost 25 years and can be counted to the inventory.

Abdurrahman Kara is manly responsible for the acceptance of materials in Feuerbach. Most of the customers will know him from the vehicle scale. Due to his not-swabian first name, his colleagues call him 'Kara'.

Sayed is the one who is doing all the small and big work to make our yard look tidy and clean. He helps our customers with unloading and helps sorting the materials to the right pile.

Matze has been with us for over 15 years and has manly taken care of our customers as a truck driver in the south of Stuttgart. For some time he works at our depot in Möglingen now and makes sure, our customers always have a reason to laugh.

Nicolae Dochin is our main excavator driver in Möglingen. He worked in scrap and metal recycling for years so he has a very deep knowledge in how to sort materials.

‚Tobi‘ is responsible for tidiness at our recycling yard in Möglingen. He always has a smile on his face and does his best to ensure a proper separation of our materials. He is especially happy, when he can load the material with the wheel loader.
