Knowledge within the waste industry and scrap- and metal trading are an advantage but not a requirement. We will happily teach lateral entrants from other sectors, who are interested in a job within the waste industry, all the specialized knowledge they need to know internally or through external trainings, so they are perfectly prepared for the daily life at Aulfinger. Some other requirement, such as a valid drivers license with all the requested modules or the right mindset and being eager to learn new things, need to be brought by you.

Our adminis­tration is mostly based in Möglingen, which is why most of our job offers regarding adminis­trations will be at our location in Möglingen. For our driver positions it is important to have local knowledge so the regular workplace will vary between both locations. Our drivers do start and end their days at the same location per day, but this point can vary between Möglingen and Feuerbach every now and then. Our drivers also make their way trough our whole service area, even though most of our drivers are typically working around the same areas. For our depot workers the location focus always lays on one of our recycling yards, but we do sometimes switch locations when it is needed. We try to take location wishes due to living locations or similar in to account but we do expect a certain flexibility within our company requirements from everyone though.
